Our mastering suite was designed by Bob Suffolk of Suffolk Studio Design, designer and builder of scores of studios around the world including updates on the legendary Trident Studios in London.

South Side on Lamar, where we are now located, and the Cedars district is an exciting area of downtown Dallas that is being developed as a music/arts/cultural scene and will offer some excellent amenities for our clients. To begin with, for our Dallas area clients, the Cedars DART rail station is 1 block away, so you have the option of taking the light rail to us. And the South Side building has a 24 hour concierge so you can drop off or pick up projects anytime during the day or night.

For those traveling from other areas the South Side building has guest suites, so you can stay on premises. Also for the convenience of all clients doing attended sessions, in the South Side building alone there is Opening Bell coffee/sandwich shop, Urban Market, Texas Caribbean Foods restaurant, teh Absinthe Bar, art galleries and opened artist lofts, mail, FedEx and much more. And within walking distance are restaurants, clubs and the much-heralded collector's shop Bill's Records. It's an exciting, growing area and D.E.S. is proud to be part of it!
